Finally: The Global Inspiration Conference (GIC) will take place in Germany for the first time in 2022. From August 6-13, 2022, this inspiring conference will offer a varied program that will give breathing therapists, breathing trainers and all interested parties the wonderful opportunity to get to know the power of conscious breathing in its many different facets.
I am very much looking forward to an exciting time with you, celebrating life and breathing together with you. On one of the conference days, I will be offering an ATEMWORKSHOP with the title:

Through loving, conscious breathing, we anchor ourselves in the FELTSENSE Meditation in our body. We open ourselves to everything that wants to show itself. Body sensations receive our full attention by allowing us to feel them or even name them. We don't analyze or evaluate anything and so our mind can come to rest. Everything is allowed to be exactly as it shows itself to us today and this loving attention allows energies to start moving again and blockages to begin to gently dissolve. Sensations are the language of the body and therefore portals to a deeper knowledge within us. In the FELTSENSE Through meditation we learn to listen to this inner wisdom again and to use the messages it contains positively for our lives...

The vibrations of the singing bowls have a harmonizing effect on our body and nervous system and at the same time create access to resources and creativity.
