From the July 4-7, 2024 it will again be a Breathing retreat with Bo Wahlström and this time very close to Cologne.

In this Breathing retreat is about exploring consciousness with the help of the Conscious Connected Breath and immersing yourself in what is important to you right now. In addition, you can experience Bo's special way of working with the breath for yourself and receive valuable background information and methods that you can incorporate directly into your own breath work. 

If you already have experience with conscious connected breathing or are a breathwork facilitator or breathwork teacher, then this retreat is sure to be a wonderful experience for you and your work with your clients. But all those who want to get to know this work are also very welcome.

I am always impressed by the knowledge and wisdom that Bo shares with us and you can feel that he really lives this spirit.

Bo Wahlström was born in Sweden. He was one of the first pioneers of rebirthing and today's Conscious Connected Breathwork. As a student of Leonard Orr and co-founder of ibf - after the first GIC in Sweden - he brought breathwork to Sweden and the world. In Sweden he founded a breathing school, he advises companies and gives individual therapies with the Conscious Breath.

Since the 1970s, he has traveled to many countries to share his knowledge and experience in training courses and workshops. He is always fascinated by what is possible when exploring consciousness through the breath.

Bo Wahlström is known for his invaluable knowledge, empathy, clarity and sense of humor.

Breathwork has been a subject for investigation since the emergence of an awareness in humanity which allowed us to observe ourselves and our mental process. Contemporary, we also began the practice of consciously shaping breath instead of it being automatic.
Breath is always with us but a conscious use of it has exhibit the connection with a vitalizing life energy. The concept of a subtle but powerful Life Energy has through the ages had many names. Chi, Ki, Prana, Libido, Orgon, etc. all describe this moving and pulsating essence of life.
Much has been achieved in understanding and using Breath. But how can people today get benefitted? How can Breathwork nowadays be utilized for health and wellbeing? How can Psychodynamic Breathwork open our awareness and offer a wider perspective of ourselves and the world?
What affect Breathwork has on the body and mind is a knowledge that can be acquired through practical experience. This will be presented, reflected on, and tried out during these three days. Breath exercises that raise the life energy, transmutes emotions, broadens the mind and creates an inner room for acceptance and content.

Until 31.3.2024 Reimbursement: 50% of the seminar costs
Until 31.5.2024 Refund: 25% of the seminar costs
From 1.6.2024, no refund is possible unless a replacement can be found.
