Breathe consciously and listen to the song of my soul - In this breathing workshop, we use the conscious breathing method to build a bridge to ourselves. We immerse ourselves in the presence of the moment from which everything arises. We consciously come into contact with our own wisdom deep within us and can find clarity. The joy of being is always within us and can reawaken in every breath.
