Der ATEMRAUM ist ein lebendiger Atemkreis für Menschen, die sich regelmäßig mit sich selbst verbinden möchten.
Ein Ort der Praxis.
Ein Ort der Begegnung.
Ein Ort der Kontinuität.
Mach es dir an einem ungestörten Ort gemütlich und schenke dir diese Zeit nur für dich. Ich begleite dich durch eine bewusste Atemreise mit Worten, Musik und Momenten der Stille.
Jeder Abend ist anders.
Mal steht Entspannung im Vordergrund, mal Selbstwahrnehmung, Präsenz oder innere Klarheit. Der bewusste Atem begleitet uns dabei wie ein stiller Weggefährte – zurück in den Körper, zurück ins Hier und Jetzt.
Im Anschluss besteht die Möglichkeit, Erfahrungen zu teilen oder einfach noch ein wenig nachzuspüren.
Ich öffne diesen Raum und bin da.

Through loving, conscious breathing, we anchor ourselves in the FELTSENSE Meditation in our body. We open ourselves to everything that wants to show itself. Body sensations receive our full attention by allowing us to feel them or even name them. We don't analyze or evaluate anything and so our mind can come to rest. Everything is allowed to be exactly as it shows itself to us today and this loving attention allows energies to start moving again and blockages to begin to gently dissolve. Sensations are the language of the body and therefore portals to a deeper knowledge within us. In the FELTSENSE Through meditation we learn to listen to this inner wisdom again and to use the messages it contains positively for our lives...
I invite you to participate in the open FELTSENSE MEDITATIONS - ONLINE. Just find a good meditation place in your home and I will accompany you with my words. Afterwards there will be an opportunity to talk about what you have experienced.

Do something good for yourself once a month. Make yourself comfortable in the rooms of the DEINRAUM practice and let me accompany you with the singing bowls. You can simply relax and let go. The vibrations of the singing bowls have a harmonizing effect on our body and nervous system and at the same time create access to resources and creativity. Your inner battery can recharge and you can give your wishes a new direction with clear intensity.
Sometimes all it takes is the sensual experience of the sound, your permission to feel or surrendering to your basic trust. Other times we might go on a journey into your inner garden or beyond the rainbow... let yourself be surprised.
