Through loving, conscious breathing, we anchor ourselves in the FELTSENSE Meditation in our body. We open ourselves to everything that wants to show itself. Everything is allowed to be exactly as it shows itself to us today and this loving attention allows energies to start moving again and blockages to begin to gently dissolve. Sensations are the language of the body and therefore portals to a deeper knowledge within us.
